ABSTRACT

The exercises in this section cover a wide variety of topics and use a number of different methods and styles. The main learning style of the exercise is indicated by a letter in brackets after the title: V (visual), A (auditory), R (reading/ writing) and K (kinaesthetic). Some are a combination and most can be easily adapted to fi t other styles, if the worker keeps in mind the preferred methodologies associated with the different styles (outlined in the theory section). Those with no indication are general enough to be used in such a wide variety of ways that the only limitation is the imagination of the worker!
