ABSTRACT
To improve the quality of life within society, construction organizations build residences, commercial buildings, industrial projects, roads and bridges, and many other types of projects. While there are vast differences between the many types of projects, there is one common resource that binds them all: construction workers. Therefore, the safety and well-being of the workforce will directly impact the construction process and, ultimately, project and organizational success.
