ABSTRACT
Many approaches can be taken to the design and structure of a health care clinic, including incorporating the good aspects of traditional health care-at physician and chiropractor offices-with some of the more effective aspects of social services. These social service aspects include the concepts of wraparound services-multiple services that the patient needs-and peer support.
