Dissent within and among groups in organizations: Lessons for group empowerment and organizational innovation

The world is full of minorities. These minorities are of many different types, for example, religious, racial, ethnic or linguistic. Minorities are often associated with negative events such as society instability or even war. This is a consequence of the negative image that history offers of the relationship between majorities and minorities. Majorities are stained by the abuse of power and minorities by radical actions.
