Modeling the behavior of artificially structured clays by the Modified Structured Cam Clay model

For the improvement of the soft ground by the chemical admixture such as in-situ deep mixing technique, the natural clay is disturbed by mixing wings and mixed with cement or lime. The natural structure is destroyed and taken over by the cementation structure. The cement or lime admixed clay is thus designated as ‘‘Artificially structured clay’’.
