ABSTRACT

In the past, there has beenmuch dissatisfaction at the lack of Human Factorsmodels to feed into OperationalAnalysis (OA) studies. There is a recognised lack of human performance models that can be directly applied to OA due to the level of fidelity of the models. This paper describes one approach to address this longstanding issue. The development of this Predictive Operational Performance (PrOPer) model

was inspired by the realisation that the STORM model and the 4CC Workload Model, although they address different problem areas, take a fundamentally similar approach to describing the task drivers and personnel profiles, utilising similar data and techniques.
