ABSTRACT

This chapter describes various applications of one coaching model. The descriptions are intended to illustrate the many ways one coaching model can be applied in organizational settings. They are also meant to stimulate your thinking about how you can apply your own model. The chapter begins with examples of applications of the author's Performance Coaching approach in business education, faculty development, leadership development, speaker development, and development of the coach. It ends with some practical suggestions for working with your own personalized coaching model.
