Immersion of Information Literacy and Technology into the Core Discovery Courses

This chapter describes the development of an online information literacy tutorial, online research guides, and tailored class instruction for interdisciplinary freshman courses at the University of Idaho. Librarians, instructors, and information technologists collaborated to incorporate information literacy skills into these courses using a mix of online and face-to-face instructional methods.
