ABSTRACT
The focus of this chapter is the preparation of school psychologists for positions of leadership. These positions most commonly fall under the titles of chairperson of the individualized education program (IEP) team or committee on special education, director of pupil personnel services or pupil services, special services, or special education. Of course, school psychologists also become principals, guidance directors, and school superintendents.
