STUDY OF MECHANISM AND DYNAMICS OF CONCRETE CORROSION IN SUGAR SOLUTIONS
Sugar solutions are present in many products and in waste waters of food industry. They are aggressive to concrete constructions and can make serious problems in food factories. Therefore, it is peculiar that we know so little about the chemism and mechanism of
concrete corrosion in sugar solutions. We do not know enough, either, about how different factors influence the dynamics of this kind of corrosion.
