ABSTRACT
It’s now time to start refi ning your story by breaking it down into sequences. Chapters in books indicate a new location or story point. Sequences are like chapters in a fi lm. They break the narrative into manageable sections or modules, making it easier for a group of artists to complete production on a project. Sequential structure makes it easier for solo artists to complete a fi lm as well, as we will see in this chapter.
