ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces the reader to the overall concept of this book. The purpose of presenting several common play therapy questions and highlighting the responses to those questions from established play therapists is explained. This chapter also presents the origin for the creation of the format of this book and communicates the importance of valuing diversity and recognizing unity in the field of play therapy.
