ABSTRACT
Valgus osteotomy using biomechanical principles with internal fixation devices like the dynamic hip screw (DHS) by which fracture fixation of the femoral neck can be done satisfactorily. It is mentioned here on account of its historical importance of the evolution of hip-preserving surgery.
