ABSTRACT
This research was to study the construction of machines using the activity network consisting of activities on the arrow and activities on the node. The purpose of this research is to create a network of activities in controlling the construction of the machine to take the least amount of time. Creating an activity network PERT & CPM It consists of activities on the arrow and activities on the node that are powerful tools. Can help in judging correctly and appropriately both activities can help determine the production time. The activity network at the earliest start time and the earliest finish time to reduce the time to build the machine.
