This chapter investigates the question: “What does a Solution Focused organisational coach do?” It aims to give answers based on lessons-learnt from organisational development work in and between organisations in large-scale settings and facilitating complex group processes with multiple stakeholders. Parallels between Solution Focus and neighbouring domains such as Dialogic Organisational Development (OD) or agile and lean thinking become apparent.
