ABSTRACT
The structural change in society of the shift to a service-based economy is advancing. This affects R&D as well. In this paper, we propose service research model positioning value co-creation in R&D and apply it to Research Institute of Science and Technology for Society (RISTEX) R&D program. One of characteristics of RISTEX research program is the existence of a management team. The management team interacts with project teams for the project success.
