ABSTRACT
This section of the book discusses substantial damage to the fan blades, as a result of a bird strike, that requires the replacement of the complete fan set. The type of accidents and incidents which the Royal Netherlands Air Force is faced with is practically the same every time, irrespective of the type of aircraft.
