ABSTRACT
The endo-urological management of lower urinary tract abnormalities in infants and children has become possible with the development of smaller fiberoptic endoscopes and therapeutic instrumentation. Endo-urological techniques are now used in the initial management of posterior urethral valves, ureteroceles and urethral strictures in children.
