ABSTRACT
Spontaneous regression of these cysts seems to be quite common;5,6 it can occur in one-quarter to half of cysts and is most often encountered in cysts measuring < 40 mm in diameter, and is not the result of complications. This regression often begins at the end of a pregnancy or sometimes during the first days of life.
