ABSTRACT
The use of new methodologies is needed for the success in the Information Technology projects in organizations. This research designs a tool to support this objective. This model is presented as an innovative proposal to reduce the limits of the success modelling. This work contributes to the formalization and objectivity of the success models in IT projects. Overall the aim is to advance in an almost unexplored direction.
