Universal and Truncated Applications
Pages 2

Many of the examples of compressed sequential strings in this monograph have arbitrarily used both all characters in a sequential string for compression resulting in a maximal compression of the original length of that sequential string giving ‘universal’ compression to the string or only some of the characters in a compressed sequential string, sub-groups within the total string length, that are only part of the whole string, a truncation of the sequential string, into a semi-compression of the total sequential string.
