ABSTRACT
Energy consumption has become a key challenge in the last few years. According to several studies [1, 2], the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector alone is responsible of a percentage which varies widely from 2% to 10% of the worldwide energy consumption, and several projects, both from industries and universities, are trying to reduce the power consumption of electronic devices.
