The concentration inequality approach is not the only i~pproach for obtaining Berry-Esscen bomtls using Stein's method. Armther approxh txtsed on iritluctive arguments has been used by Barbour arid Hall (1984'u), Bolthauscn (1984) and Stroock (1993).
