ABSTRACT

Many theories have been developed in the search of the etiology of the aging process in living creatures, however, none of them adequately explains this phenomenon. Only fragmentary mechanisms of this process course are determined, for example, Harman’s theory concerning free radicals. Generality and, up to the present, irreversibility of aging indicate that it is conditioned genetically (particular number of fibroblasts division determined for every man), but it also depends on environmental conditions.
