ABSTRACT
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease that most commonly affects
the lung but may involve any organ. The manifestations of extrapulmonary
sarcoidosis may vary from asymptomatic involvement to the presence of severe
symptoms that may adversely impact the quality of life.
