Protocol address of the mobile device in the previous network is different from the Internet Protocol address of the new network. The mobile device has to change its Internet Protocol address in the new network to continue the communication. This problem makes the seamless roaming of the mobile device impossible [2]. One of the solutions to this problem is the Mobile Internet Protocol (Mobile IP).
