ABSTRACT
As part of the environmental dimension the energy perspective has becom e a central issue – and improvement of building constructions by mechanical and technological means – has become an overruling discourse. This has resulted in technically complicated and arbitrary construction solutions where traditional construction designs and building practices that used to proof efficient are set aside or challenged by the need to optim ize specific performative properties.
