ABSTRACT
Many acts of terror have occurred in the United States and elsewhere in the world throughout history (1-10). It is the events that took place on September 11, 2001 in the United States that has heightened the concern with acts of terror, and has resulted in President Bush’s declaration of war on terrorism. The rest of the world has been encouraged to join this war to combat and eradicate terrorism globally.
