ABSTRACT
Preliminary design process for a marine vehicle, is essentially an iterative process where different parameters are modified until the optimum values are achieved. However in day to day running of these we notice that they don't perform as well as they were designed for. This is an indication that some of the parameters have been ignored during the design process.
