The next two tables are taken directly from 3rd Edition of The Handbook of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology which was edited by late Gerald Fasman. This material appeared in the original edition of The Handbook of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology which was edited by Herbert Sober. These tables have been retained in the current edition without modification to ensure the retention of data. It is the intent of the editor to ensure that this material is revised for subsequent editions.
