Structural behavior of steel framework with knee brace in H-section weak axis column-to-beam connection with high-strength bolts

Figure 2 depicts a setup example of a loading test of a subassemblage specimen. The column member of the specimen is supported by pin and roller supports in a loading frame. The specimen is statically and cyclically loaded at the beam-end by an actuator. The loading tests are performed in displacement control; a displacement amplitude history is determined by a drift angle (R) of the subassemblage.
