ABSTRACT
This study focuses on sustainable human settlements development in coastal areas and river basin of Vietnam Mekong Delta. The study was conducted to present models of river basin and coastal settlements to determine considerations for planning and design, with support from The Asian Scholarship Foundation under the Royal Patronage of H.R.H. Princess Maja Chakri Sirindhorn.
