ABSTRACT
The first part of this paper presents the improved damage model and the main equations governing the progression of damage in the bonded assembly. Experimental and numerical examples of FRP-reinforced concrete specimens tested in a single shear configuration are then presented to investigate the effect of aging on the debonding process.
