ABSTRACT
The emission of toxic gases, sulfur oxides (SOx), and nitric oxides (NOx) from industrial plants has become a serious problem in many countries. Fig. 1 shows the sources of SOx and NOx emission, which are recognized as the origin of dry and wet deposition known as "acid rain" [1].
