ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Vessel traffic flow in port waters will produce different time congestion and space congestion according to different time and space, Identifying critical port traffic time congestion and space congestion points through the analysis of time space congestion situation of the vessel traffic flow, can provide guidance for port traffic organization and scheduling. This Paper statistically analyzed the traffic flow data of previous years, constructed the time space congestion model of vessel traffic, grid processed the port waters, and then identified the port waters space-time congestion points in the grid zone. This paper proposed some monitoring and traffic organization measures based on the degree and distribution of space-time congestion, which blocks the chain of the vessel traffic accident, reduce the overall congestion degree of the vessel traffic flow, to reduce the risk of navigation in port waters, and improve the port waters traffic organization efficiency and channel transport capacity.
