Research on security defense model of oil & gas gathering and transferring scada based on factor neural network

In order to improve the level of host security in distributed oil & gas gathering and transferring SCADA system and then to increase the defense capability of the whole SCADA system, the paper combines the theory of factor neural network [4-5] with the method of framework and rules combined for describing the analytical factors neuron, then proposes the security defense model of oil & gas gathering and transferring SCADA based on factor neural network. Compared with the traditional way to install firewall as a method of defense, the model not only aims at protection of the individual host, but also can form the protection for the SCADA’s hosts at a system level.
