1 INTRODUCTION

In advanced manufacturing, CNC technology has played a crucial role in industrial production, because of its high speed, high efficiency, high precision, etc.,. More and more applications of CNC machine tools, especially the flap horizontal machining center, are applied in the aerospace sector, In fact, the performance of horizontal machining center flap influenced the development of the aerospace field to some extent. [1]

Static and dynamic characteristics of CNC machine tool has a direct impact on the processing quality, and the performance often depends on largescale infrastructure. The worktable and the main body of the flipping horizontal machining center can be separated, and the flap table is directly connected to the main body via the tool, so its static and dynamic characteristics will have a great impact on overall performance. [2-4]

2 MODEL OF MACHINE TOOL

The flap table frame is composed flap and frame. The flap is connected by 14 foot frame screws, and it can rotate around a specific shaft driven by in the dorsal motor. The screw moves in a given position after flap movement. The established position of the four hydraulic holders at the top of the flap clamps

the table properly. The flap table structure is shown in Figure 1.
