1 INTRODUCTION
The effectiveness of weapon system is an important attribute of weapon system, as well as a potential capacity of itself. Under certain conditions, this capacity can be measured by the extent to which the regulated tasks could be completed. Presently, the most difficult problem existing in the assessment on the effectiveness of weapon systems is how to determine the weighting coefficient of the effectiveness among the different weapon systems. The cause lies in the differences in the design concept of all kinds of weapon systems, the differences in the indicators of tactical and technical performance indicators, which causes poorer comparability among the different weapon systems, which is presently also the research subject in the technical field of assessment of effectiveness of weapon systems.
