ABSTRACT
In this study, we used human melanoma antigen MAGE-A3 to make monoclonal antibody, which was combined with NRs toxic-free by modifing mPEG-SH to form a stable and low toxicity NR-Ab coupling body, making use of human malignant melanoma A375 cell to do cytotoxicity detection, and do research on the early diagnosis of cancer by the NRs-Ab conjugation in Raman spectroscopy.
