ABSTRACT
This initiative appeared in the sequence of an OECD report (“Make life easier to citizens and companies in Portugal-electronic administration and simplification”, 2008) that gave rise to the National Simplex programme. The goals were increased participation, evaluation and shared responsibility (Fig. 1).
