ABSTRACT
A 60 years-old female patient, presented to the Specialization of Oral Rehabilitation in the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto. The clinical and radiographic examination revealed the following: four divergent dental implants placed in an edentulous maxilla; a partially edentulous mandible (bilateral free-end saddles).
