ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of software technology, universities and enterprises stress that graduates should have solid professional skills, and at the same time make a full range of talent diverse requirements. In the recruitment stage, companies pay more attention to people’s overall quality and comprehensive capabilities. Professional knowledge is build up through the work process, however it’s hard to achieve good learning and working attitude, cooperation ability, communication skills and other soft skills in short-term training.
