ABSTRACT
Regulation of IRs is closely related to regulation of securities. Regulation includes at least two categories: regulation by purely governmental regulatory agencies in accordance with laws and regulatory rules, and listing requirements of exchanges. Sometimes rules of self-regulatory organizations are also encompassed.
