ABSTRACT
At present, Chinese has 194 universities to join the “excellent plan”. The urgent problem is how to expand the curriculum organization and practice matched in each specialty.
The teaching reform of Watt S. Humphrey on PSP and TSP theory is applied in computer application specialty, reform from teaching methods, teaching content and teaching evaluation of the three aspects, establishing comprehensive teaching supporting environment, in order to meet the training objectives of the requirements of SEE, improve the university graduates in engineering and innovation ability.
