ABSTRACT
Combined with the views of those scholars, this paper thinks that the definition of ethnical cultural education has broad and narrow senses. From the broadly speaking, it refers to the education is conducted in the members of a nation who are have the common culture in a state. And the narrow definition is education is happened in the ethnical minority in a state.
