ABSTRACT
The BIM virtual technology is a technology based on building information modeling, which is similar to the simulation technology of 3D model. BIM is just the abbreviation of Building Information Modeling, which establishes model by integrating the information of building project and using these data as a basis. The BIM virtual technology often adopts vision technology of digitization and visualization, thus demonstrating the information of concrete building. In fact, The BIM virtual technology is more like a digitization tool, which uses model as the basis of data to achieve the sharing and transmitting of information [2]. For constructors, the BIM virtual technology can help them better command the understanding and handling of information, thus guaranteeing the enhancement of building efficiency and cost control. Therefore, the BIM virtual technology has a wide application in modern building construction.
