Due to problems associated to edentulism. It is necessary to rehabilitate these mandibles, being very cautious in what concerns to planning the rehabilitation in a basis of clinical and biomechanical knowledge (Goiato, Garcia et al. 2010). The classical treatments to rehabilitate a mandibular edentulous are the conventional total prosthesis, the implant-retained overdenture and the implant supported denture (Koka and Eckert 2006).
