Media education in Bolivia. Some advances and the need for comprehensive proposals
In Bolivia, the conceptual approach referring to competence and media education is handled in a nascent manner. The reflection that follows is an outline of citizen relations with information and communication technologies in Bolivia, with an emphasis on the analysis of their educational link with children, adolescents and youth. Specific aspects of the media reality and the legal environment closest to it are addressed to then describe some proposals related to teacher training, institutional experiences found and publications related to the subject.
