ABSTRACT
For the purposes of an experiment, simple drops were identiŠed as drops of liquid released from an insigniŠcantly small height and then allowed to dry. Pictures were taken of the drops once they were dry and a¨er the dried drop was dusted with magnetic powder. •ese drops were released onto a variety of diˆerent surfaces so that eˆects such as adsorption, absorption, and other surface characteristics might be noted.
