ABSTRACT
Leveraging application software is a business objective that seeks to provide common solutions across numerous sites. A businesswide effort to leverage application software has organizational implications. Roles and responsibilities of the analysis team and the user community are described within a manufacturing context. The technical aspects of leveraging are discussed in Chapter 44.
